The Gibson Tarquini Group was commissioned by Gloucester Township to study the present and future needs of its Public Works Department, which is currently housed in an antiquated 7,800 SF building. The growing township is looking to expand services provided to its residents.

Working with the public works supervisor and his staff, The Gibson Tarquini Group projected the future needs of the department. Our plan will provide Gloucester Township with an adequate and efficient means of serving their constituency.

The new facility contains 5,000 SF of administrative space with a maintenance and repair area of 16,000 SF. In addition, the property contains a 14,000 SF snow plow assembly and storage area and an 11,000 SF salt storage shed, combining with other areas of vital importance to the operation of the facility. The new Public Works Department facility encompasses approximately 21,000 SF.
