The new municipal complex for Evesham Township, New Jersey, houses a 19,000 square foot branch of Burlington County Library, a 14,000 square foot police administrative office, and a 4,000 square foot court facility on the first floor. The library is accessible from a vestibule which can be opened when other areas of the building are closed.

The second floor is encompassed by a 20,000 square foot municipal administrative office. This area is accessible through a main two-story atrium lobby, by elevator or a ground staircase.

The complete facility came in $234,000 under budget.
