The Deptford Town Center encompasses a total of 153,500 SF of Commercial Space featuring a 72,000 SF Shop Rite Supermarket and 81,500 SF of additional retail space. The project also includes 6 pad sites and 850 parking spaces.

The unique design challenge for this town center project was to design a retail image encompassing both traditional and contemporary design elements. As the focal point of the main entrance is Shop Rite Supermarket, the scale and massing of the remaining structures are complementary to the oversized brick entrance of Shop Rite Supermarket.
