A new one-story retail store was designed with a sophisticated elevation visible from route 70. This retail store consist of five tenant spaces and ample room to accommodate the 96 parking spaces in front of the shopping center.

Each store is equipped with specific heating and cooling as well as utilities and bathrooms. The building design provided maximum flexibility for preferences by each tenant.
